This is one of best TV's on the market for Price and quality. We love it. The remote is hard to see the buttons because of the dark color. It might be, it could be made with bright colors to improve seeing the numbers. The Wi-fi is a good way to down load movies and view then when you want. you will love it.

I have it for a few months and love it. One of the best on the market and the price is right. A few more Apps would be nice, they say some more are coming. Also Vizio is announcing a new wireless sound bar VHT510 that would be a great addition to the TV's sound system.

One month in, so far so good.
The picture is incredible and i couldnt stop saying "wow" the first week i owned it. The 1080p picture here vs my other tv Sony 720p has really been dramatically better much to my surprise. Images jump off the screen. I imagine the LED technology has to do with this.
A couple things. This tv proves the led picture is more vibrant than the non-led hd tvs in my mind.
The picture in picture feature is extremely cool. You cannot watch 2 channels from your cable or satellite w/out a 2nd receiver, however you CAN watch a movie / play video games, etc while watching tv, which is a usable feature in my house.
The PIP is cool in that i can select which source is playing audio. I can put the game audio on, but have the game be the small PIP window, while i play ps3 on the larger screen.
I have only had one issue as noted in other reviews where the tv PIP function causes an error in functionality - screen goes black, no audio. I simply held the power button on the console and the tv turned off. Turned it back on the pip was fine.
These tvs are becoming more and more like a computer.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the wireless internet - i can stream netflix to my tv without a wire running through the room.
So far, so good. Im impressed w/ visio. (Yes, the remote needs a backlight. )

The picture quality is absolutely fantastic. The comments I've gotten while watching a 1080p source are that it looks so real that it looks fake. That's how clear and sharp the picture is. The viewing angle is also very good, which was a pleasant surprise based on past experience with LCD TVs. Setup was very easy, taking only minutes, and it connected to my Wi-Fi router right away. Compared to other products with the same features, it's an excellent value.
However, the specs are misleading. One of the things that really attracted me to this TV was the number of HDMI inputs and the digital audio output. Since I have an older receiver that doesn't switch HDMI, I thought I would use the TV as a switch and feed the digital audio out (optical) into my receiver. I researched the specs and contacted Vizio's tech support, and it appeared as if I was good to go. That proved not to be the case! After trying all the settings, all I could get was mono out from the TV's digital audio output. I contacted tech support, and the person I spoke with walked me through all the steps I had already performed. After all that, I still was only getting mono out. That's when he informed me that the feature doesn't work and it's somewhat misleading that the TV will output Dolby Digital, and all you can actually get is mono (PCM) out. He also told me that they've received a number of complaints about it, and there would "probably" be a firmware upgrade to fix it. I was very frustrated that he didn't just tell me that in the first place instead of walking me through all the setup steps I had already performed, and that Vizio advertises that ability to output Dolby Digital via the digital audio output. I'm hoping they do issue the patch and will update my review if they do.
I'm also a bit dissapointed in the apps. While it's cool having them, for the most part they are all Yahoo! oriented or pay content. I would love to see a Hulu widget.
In summary, overall it's a great product and with a few tweaks it could be even better.
First New TV in Years, WOW! July 8, 2010

OMG, I feel like an ameba that has just crawled onto land for the first time. My last television purchase was 13 years ago, a very nice 56" rear projection TV. I had resurrected this monster 2 times, but not a 3rd.
This Visio has been great, the colors are crisp and clear and the picture just perfect. My only complaint is the black is a little too dark, but just something I need to get use to. I easily connected to the Internet to download a movie the first night from Amazon video on-demand, no problems at all.
I was a little nervous at first with all this technology, I know how bad things can go with technology. I watched more TV last weekend then I have in years. I was even watching HD Theater, not for the lame programming, but the unbelievable landscape scenes.
I also play a lot of video games, and I have to say there are many games that I am planning on playing again for the first time. There is hardly a difference between the cut scenes and the game scenes.
Probably like most of you, I did a lot of research online, settling for this one. The price is very good for the features and I found the reviews very helpful. I had no problem setting this unit up, I had read the owners manual online, but found it not really necessary. This TV is incredible. Even my 23 year old son has crawled up from his basement abode to watch MY TV.
